d = 6
last term be = p = 300
now,
the total no. of such terms = n = ( 300 - 204 ) / 6
this implies
n = 96 / 6
n = 16
sum of all of the terms between 204 and 300 which are divisible by 6 will be......
= 16 / 2 x ( a + p )
= 8 x ( 204 +300 )
= 8 x 504
= 4032
