On comparing this equation to ax^2 + bx + c

a = 5       b = 14      c = -3

so,

let the the zeros of polynomial be α and β respectively

so,

α + β = \frac{-b}{a}

α + β = \frac{-14}{5}

and,

α × β = \frac{c}{a}

α × β = \frac{-3}{5}

so, sum of zeros = \frac{-14}{5}

     product of zeros = \frac{-3}{5}
