the sum is -2.......bcoz the sum of first term and second term will be 0

sum of third and fourth term is also 0

and so on.....till the sum of 71 st term and 72nd term is also 0

now only 73st term is remaining

therefore the sum is -2

I hope this will help u ;)

When you add a positive integer with its additive inverse, then the answer will always be 0 or the number itself. First write all the (-2)+2+(-2)+2.....and so on..........

As 73 is an odd number, the number of pairs (like (-2)+2) will be 36 with -2 left out. If you count till the 36th pair, then your answer is 0, but then one -2 is left out, so the answer will be -2.
