Now, according to the given equation here,

    2+√3 and 4-√3

The sum will be,

   2+√3+4-√3

  By rearranging,

   2+4+√3-√3

   =6 (√3 will be eliminated)

Therefore the sum of 2+√3 and 4-√3 is 6.
