On adding 3.2 bar and 5.4 bar we get 8.6 bar

Let x=8.6 bar _____I

Multiplying both sides by 10, we get,

10x=86.6 bar______II

Subtract eq I from eq II, we get,

10x=86.6 bar

-x=8.6 bar

9x=78

x=78/9

x=26/3

Therefore 8.6 bar when in rational number form will be 26/3
