 (\frac{8}{15} ) + ( -  \frac{3}{25} ) \\  =  \frac{8}{15}  -  \frac{3}{25}  \\  =  \frac{(8 \times 5)  -  (3 \times 3)}{75}  \\  =  \frac{40 - 9}{75}  \\  =  \frac{31}{75}  \\  = 0.413
