QUESTION :- Find the sum of  \frac{-8}{9} and \frac{3}{-5} .

ANSWER :-

We have add both the values given.

 \frac{ - 8}{9}  +  \frac{3}{ - 5}

Now the denominators are different so we have to make them same.

So denominator of 9 and 5 is 45.

 =  \frac{8}{ - 9} \times  \frac{5}{5}  +  \frac{3}{ - 5}  \times  \frac{9}{9}

 =  \frac {-40}{45}  +  \frac{27}{ - 45}

 =  \frac{67}{ - 45}  \: or \:  \frac { - 67}{45}

Hence the answer of the given question is given above.
