mean =sum of all observations divided by total number of observations

the mean is in the attachment

5 is deviated by 7
8 is deviated by 4
10 is deviated by 2
15 is deviated by 3
22 is deviated by 10

so, the sum of deviations is
7+4+2+3+10=26
