a = 3,

d = 3,

n = 10,

S10 = ?,

To find S10 -

Sn = n/2 (2a + (n - 1) d )

= 10/2 (2 x 3 + (10 -1) 3)

= 5 (6 + 9 x 3)

= 5 (6 + 27)

= 5 x 33

= 165

Sum of first 10 multiples of 3 is 165.
