The even Natural numbers are 2,4,6,8,10..............

As it forms an AP whose first term a = 2 , common difference d =2

Given in question n =100

Now as we know sum of n terms of an AP is

S_{n} =\dfrac{n}{2} (2a+(n-1)d)

Therefore

S_{100} =\dfrac{100}{2} (2*2+(100-1)2)

        =50(4+99*2)

        = 50(202)

        =10100

Therefore the sum of first 100 even natural numbers is 10100
