Given ,

First term ( a ) = 2

Last term ( l ) = 222

Common difference ( d ) = 2

 \huge{ \star} nth term = a + ( n - 1)d

 \to 222 = 2 + ( n - 1)2

 \to 220 = 2n - 2

 \to 2n = 222

 \to n = 222 / 2

 \to n = 111

 \huge{ \star} Sum of nth term = n/2 ( a + l)

 \to Sum = 111/2 ( 2 + 222 )

 \to Sum = 111/2 ( 224 )

 \to Sum = 111 × 112

 \to Sum = 12432

Hence , the required number is 12432
