1.Sum of interior angles of a polygon of 6 sides =
(Side -2)×180°
(6-2)×180°
4×180°
720°.. Ans
2.Now sum of interior angles of polygon of 8 sides =(8-2)×180°
6×180°=1080°..Ans
3. Sum of interior angle of polygon of 10 sides = (10-2)×180°= 1440°...Ans

to find the sum interior angles of polygon with

1. 6 side
using the formula (n-2)×180° where n is the number of side,
we have,

(6-2)×180°=4×180°
sum of interior angles=720°
this type of polygon with 6 sides is called hexagon


2) 8 side
using (n-2)×180°
we have,
(8-2)×180°=6×180°
sum of interior angles=1080°
this type of polygon with 8 sides is called octagon.

3) 10 sides
using (n-2)×180°
we have,
(10-2)×180°=8×180°
sum of interior angles=1440°
this type of polygon with 10 sides is called decagon.
