To find the sum of first n odd numbers we can apply odd number theorem, it states that the sum of first n odd numbers is equal to the n^2.

The number of odd numbers between 1 & 60 are: 29.

sum of first 29 odd numbers = 29^2 = 841 .

But here it is asked the sum of odd numbers in between 1 & 60 so the answer is ,

=> 841 - 1

840

Hope this helps you ✌️✌️☺️☺️☘️☘️☘️
