It is given that nth term is 7-3n
So, require AP= 4, 1, -3........
With first term (a) = 4 and (d) = -3

Sum to 25 terms= 25/2{2×4+(25-1)(-3)}
or, sum of 25 terms = 25/2{8-72}
So, sum to 25 term= -800

Hence the answer is -800
