The sum of the first 30 terms of the A.P is 1125.

Given,

An A.P -6,-3,0,3,6,9....

To Find,

The sum of the first 30  terms of the A.P.

Solution,

In the given A.P

-6,-3,0,3,6,9....

a = -6

d = -3+6 = 3

Now,

a₃₀ = a+29d

a₃₀ = -6+29(3) = 81

Now, the formula for calculating the sum of the first 30 terms of the A.P is

S₃₀ = 30/2(a+a₃₀)

S₃₀ = 15(-6+81)

S₃₀ = 1125

Hence, the sum of the first 30 terms of the A.P is 1125.
