smallest 6 digit number which can be made is,
203469 as 0 can't be at first,

The greatest 6 digit number formed by these digits is 964320,

Sum of these numbers = 203469+964320 = 1167789,

Here the question is,the place value of digit in hundreds place,

Digit in hundreds place = 7 ,

Place value of that digit = 7*100= 700,

I don't think options are right , If I did something wrong , Sorry !
