By using the formulas of arithmetic progression ,

we know that the first term will be 30, total number of terms will be 110 , and the common difference will be 1 , in this question

Now according to the formula : sum of terms in an Arithmetic progression is S=n/2 ( 2a + (n-1)d)

Where n is total number of terms , a is first term , and d is common difference ,

Now substitute the values ... S= 110/2 ( 2x30 + (110-1) 1)

This will be equal to 110/2 ( 169) =9295
