Find the sum of x+y+z in the given figure ​

Answer:

z = 90° ( as given in the figure).

35° + y = 180° ( linear pair)

y = 145°

Let's take an angle p ( interior angle of x)

35° + 90° + p = 180° ( by angle sum property of a triangle)

p = 55°

x + p = 180° ( linear pair )

x + 55° = 180°

x = 125°

Hence , the sum of x,y and z is

x + y + z

125° + 145° + 90° = 360°
