Solution:

Compare 2x²+8x+2 with

ax²+bx+c , we get

a = 2 , b = 8 , c = 2

i ) Sum of the zeroes = -b/a

= -8/2

= -4

ii ) Product of the zeroes = c/a

= 2/2

= 1
