Let the sum be rs.100
then, p = rs 100 , r%p.a = 7/2% p.a , T = 8 Years 
therefore,S.I = p*r*t/100
100*7/2*8/100
S.I=rs. 28
Then new amount is rs 128(sum + amount)
if amount=rs128,sum is rs 100
if amount=rs 1,sum is 128/100
if amount=rs 364.80,sum is 128/100*364.80=rs .2334.72
Ans.Hence,the sum = rs. 2334.72
