let one angle be x°

.°. the complementary angle of x is 5x/4°

we know that complementary angles add up to 90°

.°. x + 5x/4= 90

(4x + 5x)/4 = 90

9x = 360

x = 40°

.°.the supplement is

<1 + <2 = 180

x + <2 = 180

<2 = 180- 40

<2 = 140 °
