aloha

r = 14 \\ surface \: area \:  = 3\pi {r}^{2}  \\  = 3 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {14}^{2}  \\  = 1848 \\  \\  \\  \\  \\ hope \: it \: helps \: you. \\  \\

  Here, radius (r) is 14.
Surface Area of a hemisphere = 3πr²
As a value for π, we will use : \frac {22}{7}
Hence,
  3 X \frac {22}{7}X r^2
= 3 X \frac {22}{7} X (14)^2
= 1848
Therefore, surface area of a hemisphere is 1848.
