Answer :

vol. \: of \: sphere \:  =  \frac{4}{3}\pi {r}^{3}

 =  > 4851 =  \frac{4}{3} \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {r}^{3}

 =  > 4851 =  \frac{88}{21}  \times  {r}^{3}

 =  >  {r}^{3}  = 4851 \times  \frac{21}{88}

 =  >  {r}^{3}  = 1157.625

 =  > r =  \sqrt[3]{1157.625}

 =  > \:  r = 10.5 \: cm

surface \:area = 4\pi {r}^{2}

surface \: area \:  = 4 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 10.5 \times 10.5

surface \: area \:  = 1385.44  \: {cm}^{2}
