hi✌️✌️

1) let the edge of the cube = a cm

volume(v)= a^3

a^3 = 729

a^3 = (9cm)^3

a = 9cm

2)

lateral surface area = 4 a^2

= 4* 9^2

= 4* 81

=324cm^2

total surface area = 6a^2

= 6* 9^2

= 6*81

=486 cm^2

i hope it will help u ‼️

Volume of a cuboid =

l \times b \times h

therefore,

l \times b \times h = 729 \\ \\ x {}^{3} = 729 \\ \\ x = \sqrt[3]{729} = 9

the cuboid is actually a cube with edges 9 cm

therefore, surface area of cube =

6 {l}^{2} = 6 \times {9}^{2} = 6 \times 9 \times 9 = 486

surface area of cuboid = 486 cm^2

( note: a cube is also a cuboid, but a cuboid isn't a cube)
