  • Temperature at which Fahrenheit reading is 1.5 times of Celsius reading is -106.67 degree Celsius.

According to the question Fahrenheit reading is 1.5 times of Celsius reading, so, F = 1.5 C

For the conversion of Fahrenheit reading to Celsius reading we can use the following formula-

(F-32) × 5/9 = C

Where F is temperature in Fahrenheit and C is temperature in degree Celsius.

So,

(1.5 C -32) × 5/9 = C

1.5 C - 32 = 9 C/5

1.5 C - 9 C/5 = 32

C (\frac{15-18}{10}) = 32

C = -106.66 °C
