Find the the area of a rhombus ABCD if AC = 24 cm, BE = 9 cm, and E is the midpoint of BD

Answer:

AC =24cm (first diagonal)

BE=9cm mid point of BD, so ED=9cm.

so, BD=18 cm (second diagonal)

Now,

area of rombus = diagonal 1 × diagonal 2

=24 × 18

=432 cm²
