→ Find the three rational number between $\frac{1}{4}$  and $\frac{1}{2}$

Step - 1

→ Make the denominator same

=  $\frac{1}{4} \: and \: \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{2}{2} = \frac{2}{4}$

$= \frac{1}{4} \: and \: \frac{2}{4}$

Step - 2

→ Since we need to find 3 rational no.s

   So , we will multiply both fractions

   by   $\frac{4}{4}$

  $= \frac{1}{4} \times \frac{4}{4} = \frac{4}{16}$

  $= \frac{2}{4} \times \frac{4}{4} = \frac{8}{16}$

∴ Three rational no.s are :-

        $\frac{5}{16} , \frac{6}{16} , \frac{7}{16}$
