Find the time taken by a pendulam to complete.
One oscillation which is a time period of the pendulum.
*Things need:* Metallic ball, thread, stand or scale and stopwatch.
*Procedure*: Measure the time taken by the pendulum to complete 20 oscillation. Repeat the same activity a few times.
Record the observation by dividing the time taken for 20 oscillation by 20, we get the time period of the pendulum

Answer:

Time period of a pendulum is defined the time taken by it to complete one oscillation.

Time period of simple pendulum T=2π

g

l

where l is the length of pendulum string and g is the acceleration due to gravity.
