100 m long train crosses a 300 m long bridge at a speed of 90 km/hr. Find the time taken to cross the bridge?

Length of train = 100 m
Length of bridge = 300 m
Total distance covered = 100 + 300 = 400
[ Note : To convert km/hr to m/s , multiply it by 5/18 ]
Speed = 90 km/hr = 90*5/18 = 25 m/s
Time = Distance/speed
= 400/25
= 16 sec
Time taken by the train to cross the bridge = 16 sec
