Given:

Principal = Rs. 5,250

Rate% = 10%

Interest = Rs. 1,575

To find:

Time period

s.i. =  \frac{prt}{100}

1575 =  \frac{5250 \times 10 \times t}{100}

1575 = 525t

 \frac{1575}{525} = t

3 years = T

Solution

Given ,

  • p ( principal ) = ₹5250
  • R ( rate per annum ) = 10%
  • simple interest = 1,575

To find ,

  • we have to find here the time period .

we know that ,

Simple interest = prt/100

  • Note :- here P refers to principal are first to rate per annum t refers to time

now putting the value in the equation we get ;

 =  > 1575 =  \frac{5250 \times 10 \times t}{100}

 =  > 1575 = 525 \times t

 =  >t =  \frac{1575}{525}

 \bold{ =  > t = 3yrs}

The time period is three years
