321

Step-by-step explanation:

S.I.=Rs.2730

Principal(P)=Rs.12000

Rate(R)=621%=213% p.a.

∴Time=P×RS.I.×100

=12000×132730×100×2=27 years

=321 years

Given :-

  • Simple Interest (S.I.) = Rs. 2730
  • Principal (P) = Rs. 12000
  • Rate (R) = \sf 6 \frac{1}{2} % = \sf \frac{13}{2} per annum

To Find :-

  • Time (T) = (?)

Answer :-

  • T = \sf 3\frac{1}{2} Years \\

Explanation :-

  • S.I. = \sf \frac{P × R × T }{100} \\

  • 2730 = \sf \frac{12000 × \frac{13}{2} × T }{100} \\

  • 2730 × 100 = \sf \frac{12000 × 13 × T}{2} \\

  • 273000 = \sf \frac{\cancel{12000}^{ \: \: 6000} × 13 × T}{\cancel2} \\

  • 273000 = \sf 6000 × 13 × T \\

  • 273000 = \sf 78000 × T \\

  • T = \sf \frac{273000}{78000} \\

  • T = \sf \frac{\cancel{273000}^{ \: \: 7}}{\cancel{78000}_{\: \: 2}} \\

  • T = \sf \frac{7}{2} Years \\

  • T = \sf 3\frac{1}{2} Years \\

I hope it helps you ❤️✔️
