Answer:
the velocity of the car is decreased constantly at the time: t=0s to t=10s
t=15s to t=20s
distance = Area of graph under the slope
1st distance
S1 =1/2 x base x height
S1=1/2 x 10 x 150
S1=750m
S1=0.75km
2nd distance
S2=length x breadth + 1/2 x base x height
S2=50 x 5 + 1/2 x 5 x 50
S2=250 + 125
S2=375m
S2=0.375km
total distance covered by the car when it decreases it's velocity at a constant
=S1+S2
=0.750 +0.375
=1.125 km ≈ 1.1 km
