1min.=1/60hr
so in 20 min.= 20/60=1/3hrs.
1st case
speed=50 kmph
time=10min
in hours= 1/6hr
distance covered in first 1/6hrs(or 10 min.)= 1/6×50=50/6km
2nd case
speed 60kmph
time =10 min.
in hrs 1/6hrs
distance =60×1/6=10km
total distance in 20min.(1/3hrs) =10+50/6=18.23
