Kinetic energy at 10 m of height,
= 1/2 * m * v²
= 1/2 * 0.005 * 20²
= 1/2 * 0.005 * 400
= 1 Joule.

Velocity of body when it is about to touch the ground,
v² = u² + 2gh
v² = 20² + 2*10*10
v² = 400 + 200
v = √600
v = 10√6 m/s

Now,
Kinetic energy of body when it touches the ground,
= 1/2 * m * v²
= 1/2 * 0.005 * (10√6)²
= 1/2 * 0.005 * 600
= 1.5 Joules.
