\bf{\underline{\underline{Question:-}}}

Find the total surface are of a hemisphere of radius 10cm. Also find its volume ?

\bf{\underline{\underline{Given:-}}}

  • Radius of hemisphere is 10cm

\bf{\underline{\underline{To\:Find:-}}}

  • Total surface area of hemisphere = ?
  • Volume 9f hemisphere = ?

\bf{\underline{\underline{Formula:-}}}

  • T.S.A of hemisphere = \bf<strong> </strong><strong>3</strong><strong>π</strong><strong>r</strong><strong>^</strong><strong>2</strong><strong> </strong>
  • Volume of hemisphere = \bf \frac{2}{3}πr^3

\bf{\underline{\underline{Solution:-}}}

★ Finding Total surface area :-

\sf :→T.S.A\:of\: hemisphere = 3πr^2

\sf :→ T.S.A\:of\: hemisphere = 3×3.14×10×10

\sf :→ T.S.A\:of\: hemisphere = 9.43×100

\sf :→ T.S.A\:of\: hemisphere = 943 cm^2

\bf{\underline{\underline{Hence:-}}}

  • T.s.A of hemisphere is 943 cm³

Now Finding volume of hemisphere :-

\sf :→ Volume\:of\: hemisphere = \frac{2}{3}πr^3

\sf :→ Volume\:of\: hemisphere = \frac{2}{3}×3.14×10×10×10

\sf :→ Volume\:of\: hemisphere= 2×1.046×1000

\sf :→ Volume\:of\: hemisphere = 2.093×1000

\sf :→ Volume\:of\: hemisphere = 2093 cm^3

\bf{\underline{\underline{Hence:-}}}

  • The volume of hemisphere is 2093 cm³
