c.s.a of a cylinder is 2π.r.h

t.s.a is πr(r+h)

volume is πr^2h

if r = 7cm

and, h= 40cm,

c.s.a=2πrh

=2×22/7×7×40

=1760cm^2

t.s.a.= πr(r+h)

=22/7×7(7+40)

=22×47

=1034cm^2

volume=πr^2h

=22/7×7×7×40

=6160cm^3
