surface area of closed cardboard box = 2(lb+bh+hl)

We have

L= 0.5cm. B= 25cm. H= 15cm.

Surface area of closed cardboard box = 2( 0.5.25+25.15+15.0.5)

= 2(12.5+375+7.5)

= 2(20.0+375)

= 2(395)

= 790cm
