To Find :

• Total Surface Area of Cylindrical Drum .

Solution :

$\longmapsto\tt{Radius=\cancel\dfrac{50}{2}=25\:cm}$

$\longmapsto\tt{Height=45\:cm}$

Using Formula :

$\longmapsto\tt\boxed{T.S.A\:of\:Cylinder=2\pi{r(r+h)}}$

Putting Values :

$\longmapsto\tt{2\times\dfrac{314}{{\cancel{100}}}\times{{\cancel{25}}}\times{(25+45)}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{{\not{2}}\times\dfrac{314}{{\not{4}}}\times{(25+45)}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{\cancel\dfrac{314}{2}\times{70}}$

$\longmapsto\tt{157\times{70}}$

$\longmapsto\tt\bf{10990\:{cm}^{2}}$

So , The T.S.A of Drum is 10990 cm² ..
