Given: Side of a cube = 20cm

To Find: Total surface area of the cube

Solution:

Let 'a' be the side of the cube given

So, a = 20cm

The total surface area of a cube is calculated by squaring the length of each side of the cube and multiplying it by 6.

Total surface area of a cube (TSA) = 6a²

                                                         = 6(20)²

                                                          = [6 x 400]= 2400 cm²

Hence, the total surface area of the given cube is 2400cm²
