Question : find the total surface area of a cuboid of length breadth and height are as given bellow :

Length = 0.035 m, Breadth = 2 cm, and Height = 4 cm

Solution : Let, Length of cuboid be L and breadth of cuboid be ab and height of cuboid be H and total surface area of cuboid be SA.

Now,

⟹ Length = 0.035 m = 3.5 cm

Now, by formula of tatal surface area of cuboid.

⟹ SA = 2LB + 2LH + 2HB

⟹ SA = 2 * 3.5 * 2 + 2 * 3.5 * 4 + 2 * 4 * 2

⟹ SA = 7 * 2 + 7 * 4 + 8 * 2

⟹ SA = 14 + 28 + 16

⟹ SA = 42 + 16

⟹ SA = 58 cm²

Answer : Hence, the total surface area of a cuboid is 58 cm².
