Answer:

here's ur answer...

given:-

length of the cuboid = 15m

breadth of the cuboid = 6m

height of the cuboid = 5dm

we know that 10dm = 1m

therefore 5dm = 5/10

= 0.5m

→ volume of the cuboid = l×b×h

= 15×6×0.5

= 45m³

→ CSA of the cuboid = 2h(l+b)

= 2×0.5(15+6)

= 1×21

= 21m²

→ TSA of the cuboid = 2(lb+bh+lh)

= 2[(15×6)+(6×0.5)+(15×0.5)]

= 2(90+3+7.5)

= 2×100.5

= 201m²

Step-by-step explanation:

Hope this will help you.

Given :

Length of cuboid (l) = 5 dm => 5dm in cm => 5×10 = 50cm

Breadth of cuboid(b) = 15cm

Height of cuboid (h) = 2dm => 2dm in cm => 2×10 = 20cm

[we converted dm Into cm because breadth of cuboid was in cm amd If we keep different units of dimensions then we can't explain our answer]

To find :

  • Total surface area of cuboid ( TSA )

Solution :

We have given Length 50cm, Breadth 15cm and height 20cm, so we can find TSA of this cuboid by given formula :-

Formula using :

TSA of cuboid = 2 ( lb + bh + lh )

Where :-

l = length of cuboid

b = breadth of cuboid

h = height of cuboid

Now, we have formula to find TSA, Let's substitute values in formula :-

Substituting value in formula :

TSA = 2(lb + bh + lh )

=> 2( (50×15) +(15×20)+ ( 50×20)

=> 2 ( 750+ 300+ 1000)

=> 2 ×2050

=> 4100 cm²

\small{\underline{\boxed{\bf{TSA\:of\: cuboid=\: 4100cm²}}}}
