Hey friend here is the solution for this question.....

Assume first odd positive integer is = a

then by default next consecutive odd positive integer will be a+2

so....

 {a}^{2}  +  {(a + 2)}^{2}  = 290 \\ 2 {a}^{2}  + 4a  - 286 = 0

a=11

so a+2=13
