let first number  be = x
difference between two numbers = 4
then second number = x-4
according to the sum 
      x + x+4 = 64
       2x = 64-4
        2x = 60
          x = 60/2
          x = 30

first no = x = 30
 second number = x + 4 = 30+4 = 34
