Find the type of solution for the following pair of linear equation 3 X +2y = 5 ; 2x-3y= 7

Here is your answer,

The two equations are

3x + 2y = 5 …… (1)

2x − 3y = 7 …… (2)

Here,

a1=3 ,b1=2 ,c1=5

a2=2 , b2=-3 , c2=7

a1/a2=3/2
b1/b2=-2/3

a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2

Therefore, they will intersect each other at a unique point and thus, there will be a unique solution for these equations. That is, there is only one solution.
