Find the unique solution of 3x-5y=11 and -3x-5y=11

Answer:

3x-5y = 11

x = 11+5y/3

When y =1 ,

x = 11 + 5 / 3 = 16/3 = 5 1/3

When y = -2

x = 11-10/3 = 1/3
