The unit vector of a given vector Ā is  where  =  Ā/IAI

[IAI represents modulus of A]

IAI = \sqrt{4^{2} + (-2)^2 + 3^2 } = \sqrt{29}

 = (4i - 2j + 3k)/\sqrt{29} is the unit vector of  Ā
