☕︎ Given :

☞︎︎︎ Side AB = 37

☞︎︎︎ Side AC = 37

☞︎︎︎ Side Ax = 12

☕︎ To Find :

☞︎︎︎ Length of x

❥︎ We see that if we cut the triangle in to halves from Ax , then two right angles will be formed.

☕︎ Solution :

★ As 2 new trianglea formed are right angled triangles -

So ,

« « « Phythagores Theoram » » »

☞︎︎︎ H² = P² + B²

  • H = 37

  • P = 12

  • B = To find

37² = B² + 12²

1369 = B² + 144

✞︎ On Transposing The Terms :

1369 - 144 = B²

1225 = B²

❥︎ Square when transposed becomes square root

 \large \implies \mathtt{ \:  \sqrt{1225} =  B}

 \bigstar \:  \large \boxed{ \therefore \mathtt{ \:    B = 35}}

_____________________________________________

Now,

☞︎︎︎ Base of 1 triangle = 35

Since , Both triangles are equal.

 \large \looparrowright \:   \mathtt{{so ... \:  base  \: _{1} = base _{2}}}

☞︎︎︎   \large\: \therefore  \: \mathtt{x =  base_{1} +  base_{2} }

x = 35 + 35

length of x = 70
