Well the condition for a pair of linear equations to have no solution is a1/a2 equals to b1/b2 which is not equal to c1/c2.
So we get that 3/ k = 5/10 and should not be =0
So 3/k = 1/2
=> 3×2 =k×1
=> k = 6 and 6 is not = 0
Hence the ans is 6
