Given,

p(x) =  {x}^{3}  +  {x}^{2}  - 9x - 9

If x = (-3); then,

p(x) = p( - 3) \\  =  { - 3}^{3}  +  { - 3}^{2}  - 9( - 3) - 9 \\  =  - 27 + 9 + 12 - 9 \\  = 21 - 36 \\  =  - 15

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!

Answer:

hii.

Step-by-step explanation:

given equation here..

p(x)= x^3+x^2-9x-9.

now put here..

x=-3

then ,

p(-3)= (-3)^3+(-3)^2-9*(-3)-9

p(-3)= -27+9+27-9

p(-3)=0.

I hopes its helps.
