Hey there! Thanks for the question

First we will simplify the terms inside the bracket.

( {1}^{3} + {2}^{3} + {3}^{3} ) ^{ \frac{3}{2} } \\ \\ = (1 + 8 + 27) ^{ \frac{3}{2} } \\ \\ = {36}^{ \frac{3}{2} } \\ \\ = ( {6}^{2} ) ^{ \frac{3}{2} } \\ \\ = {6}^{3} \\ \\ = 216

Formulae used : (a^m)^n = a^mn

Hope helped!
